Official Giveaway Rules

The OLLE Thursday Garden Giveaway consists of eight weekly giveaway periods. A new giveaway is made available each Thursday on the dates and at the times shown on the applicable giveaway page. All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise stated. Each weekly giveaway is separate, and entries must be received during the applicable weekly promotion period. OLLE's records and timekeeping systems will determine when an entry is received.

The giveaway is open to eligible residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of OLLE, its affiliates, and the companies involved in administering the giveaway, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, provide a valid email address, choose a surprise box, and complete the entry steps shown on the giveaway page. The reward result and corresponding discount code are displayed immediately after entry and are also sent to the email address provided. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during each weekly giveaway. Multiple entries, duplicate accounts, or attempts to enter through multiple identities may be rejected.

Each eligible entry receives one instant reward in the form of a discount code. Rewards may include an order discount, a minimum-purchase discount, or a product-specific discount code that reduces the price of an eligible product to $0. The rewards offered and the probability assigned to each reward are determined for each weekly giveaway and may vary from week to week. A specific reward is not guaranteed. Product-specific rewards and successful redemption are subject to availability and the conditions shown with the reward.

OLLE may disqualify any entry that is repeated, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, tampered with, or otherwise suspicious. OLLE may also disqualify an entrant who attempts to interfere with the giveaway, manipulate the entry process, or violate these rules. OLLE's decisions regarding eligibility and disqualification are final, subject to applicable law.

The reward result and discount code are shown immediately after the entry experience. The same reward name and discount code are also sent to the email address submitted during entry. No reply or separate manual prize claim is required. Entrants are responsible for retaining their discount code and following the redemption instructions shown with the reward.

A product-specific reward is redeemed through the OLLE online store and is not shipped automatically. The recipient must add the eligible product identified in the reward instructions to the cart, enter the provided discount code at checkout, and complete the normal checkout process. When the code is valid and all reward conditions are met, the eligible product price will be reduced to $0, with no shipping charge or sales tax due for that eligible product order. Product selection, redemption, and delivery remain subject to availability, eligible shipping destinations, and the conditions shown with the reward.

Each reward discount code expires one week after it is issued and may be redeemed only once by the recipient. Codes are subject to the eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, availability, and other conditions shown with the reward. A code cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, cannot be applied to a previous purchase, and has no cash value. Whether a reward code may be combined with another offer will be determined by the conditions shown with that reward and by its acceptance at checkout.

Information submitted to enter the giveaway will be handled in accordance with OLLE's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that OLLE may use the information needed to administer the giveaway, confirm entry eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, display the instant result, and email the reward name, discount code, and redemption instructions. Marketing emails or subscriptions are subject to the choices and notices presented during entry. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but unsubscribing will not cancel an entry already submitted or invalidate a reward already issued.

OLLE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway, or to extend the promotion period, if fraud, technical problems, errors, or events beyond OLLE's reasonable control affect the fairness or operation of the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to follow these rules and the applicable giveaway instructions. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform unless expressly stated on the applicable giveaway page.
