Official Giveaway Rules

Each OLLE Garden Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times shown on the applicable giveaway page. Weekly giveaways are generally made available on Thursdays. OLLE's records and timekeeping systems will be used to determine whether an entry was received during the applicable promotion period.

The giveaway is open to eligible residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of OLLE, its affiliates, and the companies involved in administering the giveaway, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, provide a valid email address and complete the entry steps shown on the giveaway page. Email verification may be required. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address for each applicable weekly giveaway, unless the giveaway page states otherwise. Multiple entries, duplicate accounts, or attempts to enter through multiple identities may be rejected.

The number and description of available prizes, including any physical prize or discount reward, will be shown on the applicable giveaway page. Estimated odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the prize allocation for that giveaway. No specific prize or reward is guaranteed unless expressly stated on the giveaway page.

OLLE may disqualify any entry that is repeated, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, tampered with, or otherwise suspicious. OLLE may also disqualify an entrant who attempts to interfere with the giveaway, manipulate the entry process, or violate these rules. OLLE's decisions regarding eligibility and disqualification are final, subject to applicable law.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted during entry. A potential winner must respond and complete any requested verification or claim steps within the deadline stated in the notification. If a potential winner does not respond on time, cannot be verified, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected where practical.

Physical prize winners must claim their prize within the time stated in the winner notification. Physical prizes are subject to verification and shipping availability. Unless the applicable giveaway page states otherwise, physical prizes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Any applicable shipping charges, delivery limitations, or address requirements will be stated on the giveaway page or in the winner notification. Physical prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at OLLE's discretion or where required by law.

Discount codes are subject to the expiration date, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, and other conditions shown with the reward. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a discount code may be used only once, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Any unused portion of a discount code has no cash value.

Information submitted to enter the giveaway will be handled in accordance with OLLE's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that OLLE may use the information needed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes. Marketing emails or subscriptions are subject to the choices and notices presented during entry. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but unsubscribing may not cancel an entry already submitted.

OLLE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway, or to extend the promotion period, if fraud, technical problems, errors, or events beyond OLLE's reasonable control affect the fairness or operation of the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to follow these rules and the applicable giveaway instructions. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform unless expressly stated on the applicable giveaway page.
