Weather-Resistant
Olle Garden Beds are made of 24" gauge galvanized steel coated with Aluzinc, a zinc-aluminum alloy, which is rust-resistant and durable against extreme weather conditions.
Open Bottom
The raised garden bed have an open bottom design which improves drainage and promotes root development.
20 Minutes, Easy to Assemble
An easy DIY assembly. You can quickly put your bed together with the bolts, nuts, washers, and a wrench tool that we provide.
Materials & safety
The frame is made of 24-gauge steel coated with Aluzinc, a zinc-aluminum alloy, with a color layer on top. The bolts, nuts and washers are stainless steel. These materials are rust-resistant and hardwearing in harsh weather, and safe for growing food: they will not leach harmful substances into the soil.
The colored layer reflects the sun's heat, and damp soil keeps the metal cool, so your plants will not overheat in the summer.
Assembly
Start with the corner panels on two ends and connect them in the middle. Join panels with the bolts, washers and nuts at the top and bottom openings, tighten them hand-tight, and once you have the complete shape put in the remaining hardware and tighten fully. Washers go on the inside of the bed.
The nuts are 10mm, so a ratchet or drill speeds things up. See our assembly tips.

This product is great. Use it for flowerbed to bring in pollinators for garden and to get rid of pest that can damage veggie garden. Very spacious and can hold a lot of plants.

The beds are structurally sound and attractive .
However the film they apply to the panels is a nightmare. Their competition - Birdies- for example also uses a film but it comes off super easily yet functions exactly the same.
The films takes a good ten plus minutes to pull off each panel piece by piece it’s excruciatingly painful and time consuming.
As such the 20 minutes to assemble is a marketing lie so to speak as they don’t consider the time lost in film removal which is considerable.
As attractive as the beds are I wouldn’t buy them again due to the film factor alone.

We've ordered a good dozen of Olle's various beds. Quality is excellent and the beds, with one exception, are easy to assemble. Availability of colors can vary quite a bit throughout the year. The Olle website is loaded with tips and gardening information. The beds are definitely worth five stars if it wasn't for one pain in the butt shipping flaw. Every panel is wrapped with a protective film, which is good for protecting the paint job during shipping, but can be an absolute bear to remove. Leaving the film in place, at least on the outside, is not an option unless you can live with the cloudy appearance. A better option is needed, but I'm sure I will be back for more:)
